Packaging & Fragile Item Care
We are potters and plant lovers ourselves, and we understand the concern about shipping fragile items. Every ceramic planter is:
Individually inspected before packing.
Wrapped securely in premium bubble wrap and protective foam.
Packed in a sturdy, double-walled shipping box with ample cushioning.
Large or multi-item orders are strategically packed and may be shipped in separate boxes to ensure safety.
Our packaging is specially designed for ceramics, but please handle your box with care upon arrival.
Processing: Orders ship within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Options (U.S.):
Standard (5-10 business days): Free on orders over $100.
Care & Tracking: Every planter is securely packed for shipment. You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships.
Damaged Item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product/packaging for a replacement or refund.
Address & Changes: Please double-check your address. Contact us immediately to change/cancel an order before it ships.
Returns: Due to the fragile nature of our ceramics, we do not accept returns for change of mind. See our full [Refund Policy] for details.
